If you need information, resources and education about mental health issues and the effects that mental illness can have on people and their loved ones contact one of the helplines below.

Are you dealing with a recent mental health diagnosis or taking care of someone with mental illness you can get support with a counselor at a hotline? Hotlines can also connect you to treatment centers or refer you to a nearby hospital or clinic
