My Approach

I’m all about inclusivity and decolonizing therapy! As a psychodynamic therapist, I integrate evidence-based treatment modalities with other forms of healing like tapping, mindfulness, and breathwork. I welcome and honor the ancestral healing practices of different cultures.

My clients are encouraged to reflect on how they approach life and learn how to integrate new coping skills and interventions that will generate lasting changes.

I focus on helping clients improve their mental health, by finding a renewed sense of self and learning new practices that will help them live a more meaningful life.

Areas of Specialties and Interest: Anxiety Disorders, Imposter Syndrome, Personal Growth, Life Transitions, Immigration Related Issues and Latinx and BIPOC Unique Needs

You’ll tap into what you need to help you

Be the best version of yourself

I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Nope, I’m all about mixing things up! I integrate evidence-based treatment modalities with  Complementary Alternative Medicine and ancestral practices.  Over the past 25 years I’ve worked with clients from all walks of life. Most of my clients struggle with anxiety, the imposter syndrome and some challenges that come from dealing with the immigrant experience and having immigrant parents.

Central to my therapeutic philosophy is my strong belief in the human capacity for change, breakthroughs, and transformation. I am committed to working with my clients to help them develop resilience and achieve their full potential.
