My Therapy Approach
What to expect on our journey.
Taking that first step to seek support? That’s no small feat, and it shows real strength, especially when the road ahead feels a bit unclear. But you don’t have to walk it alone—I’m here to offer a comfortable, non-judgmental space where we can focus on what matters to you.
I will listen attentively, ask probing questions, and offer perspectives. You will be free to express yourself openly, be genuinely heard, and acquire coping skills that will benefit you beyond our time together.
In my approach to therapy, I am rooted in the present while acknowledging that our past experiences, culture, and identity influence our perceptions of ourselves, relationships, and current circumstances. I draw from evidenced-based modalities and various therapeutic techniques to encourage you to reflect and take actionable steps toward personal growth and healing.
Area of Specialty & Interest: Anxiety Disorders; Work-Life Balance, Life Transitions, Grief & Loss, Peri-menopause/Menopause, and Adult ADHD

Work-Life Balance
Professionals in high-stress positions often wrestle with the demands of sustaining a work-life balance. When you feel as if one side of your life is using too much of your energy while your personal interests are on the sidelines, it can become stressful. As a result, many of my clients experience low productivity or motivation in the workplace, interpersonal conflicts, body tension, or low mood. A good work-life balance means creating harmony between different areas of your life involving work.
Adult ADHD
Many adults have been living with Adult ADHD and don’t recognize it. Why? Its symptoms are often mistaken for a stressful life. If you’ve felt this type of frustration most of your life, you may have Adult ADHD. I support young adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (Adult ADHD) related challenges that impact them in school, work, and relationships. I help them better understand themselves and build upon their strengths. Together, we navigate through the stressors of emerging adulthood, move through uncertainty with acceptance, and develop strategies that increase self-confidence.
