I specialize in life and traumatic stress reduction, and I’m passionate about emotional healing and personal growth. My main goal is to help my clients improve their quality of life through emotional healing. I take a holistic and person-centered approach to help my clients stop feeling like victims and improve their lives.

As a clinician, I understand that people that experience trauma may carry a sense of shame and guilt. It is my responsibility to create a safe and supportive environment and encourage them to speak freely and without judgment. I work together with my clients to help them examine their perspectives and experiences by going on an internal journey and allowing them to discover who they really are.

I use evidence-based therapies and a trauma informed approach to treat my clients. I have been trained and certified as a Traumatic Incident Reduction Facilitator, an intervention used to effectively lower traumatic stress caused by emotionally and physically painful events.

I create a safe and supportive environment for my clients, where they can explore their emotions and experiences without judgment. Through this work, I help my clients develop a healthier sense of self and develop new coping skills to manage symptoms, reduce stress and promote healing.
